Welcome to #CrossingPointCares, the central location for the Hurricane Relief efforts of CrossingPoint Church.  Now is the time for all of us to stand together, support one another and share the love of Christ!    Visit this page regularly to find out ways to help others or how to receive assistance as a result of Hurricane Harvey.

​1. Support #CrossingPointCaresGive to support the following outreach efforts:

  • ​CrossingPoint Crew - helping Seniors & Single Moms remove debris and water damaged items from their homes.
  • ​Supply Donations - in support of grassroots outreach to those in underserved areas such as Arcola, Sunnyside/Southpark, Alvin, Wharton, and Northeast Houston.
  • Regional Blood Drive benefiting Ft. Bend/Brazoria County 

2.  ​Volunteer Locally.Here are a few great places to lend a hand!

  • ​Houston Pregnancy Center - providing care packages to women who have been displaced along with support to women in a crisis pregnancy situation.  Volunteers needed Friday and Saturday 10am - 2pm.
  • ​YWCA on MLK Boulevard Saturday 9/2 9:00am -3:00pm
  • Second Mile Mission Center 1135 Highway 90A W- volunteers needed to help sort items Saturday 9/2 beginning at 10am
  • ​Community Life Church Houston 8146 East Houston Road 77028

3. Donate Items.

  • Stafford Middle School is accepting school supplies and other donations to benefit Rosenberg & Wharton.
  • ​The Chocolate Bayou Center is taking items & clothing 831 FM 2917, Alvin Texas (979)248-8764.
  • The Salvation Army office located at 8145 Highway 6 S. 77083.  Salvation Army is a consistently reliable organization who provides long-term disaster recovery after other assistance programs end.
  • Second Mile Mission Center -most needed items include hygiene and personal care items, cleaning supplies, baby formula and diapers, new underwear, new socks, $25 Target, Home Depot & Lowe's gift cards
